Many Lott Expressions R.A.W., Inc. apparel products are made to order, meaning production may begin after a customer places an order.
Returns, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, Custom or personalized products designated as Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation, except when an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, or where otherwise required by applicable law. which customers should review before purchasing.
We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, designs, photographs, and mockups accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary slightly depending upon screens, devices, lighting, production methods, garment materials, and other factors.
Product images and mockups may be used to illustrate the general appearance of a design. Minor differences in design placement, sizing, garment characteristics, or color reproduction may occur during production.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, modify descriptions, or change pricing where permitted by law.
Offers are void where prohibited.

Certain products offered by Lott Expressions R.A.W., Inc. are produced specifically after an order is placed.
Because production may begin shortly after purchase, requests to cancel or modify an order are not guaranteed once fulfillment or production has begun. Customers should carefully review product descriptions, garment styles, sizing information, and selections before completing checkout.
Eligible unfulfilled orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After the 1-hour cancellation window has passed, cancellation or modification requests may not be accepted because made-to-order items may have entered production. Custom or personalized orders designated as Final Sale are not eligible for cancellation, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
